Sandeep Shah appointed as Hon. Consul for Maharashtra
The Managing Director of HBS Realtors has been appointed as Hon. Consul by République de Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), a country in West Africa.
Mr. Sandeep Shah is the MD of Mumbai based HBS developer which is the leading real estate firm which is combination of residential, commercial and infrastructure development with solid regeneration expertise. The group has presence in sectors like education, IT, power, real estate development, entertainment, sports, fashion clothing.
Mr .Shah says that he is really glad and honored to accept this appointment. It is the big chance to bring India and Ivory Coast closer in mutual cooperation and trade relations. Both the countries are working on opportunities to increase trade and tourism.

Mr.Shah was awarded as an honorary consul by his Excellency Sainy Tiemele, Ambassador of République de Côte d’Ivoire to India in the presence of Chief Guest Mr. Sumit Mullick, Additional Chief Secretary and Chief protocol, Government of Maharashtra.
Mr. Shah will be the representative of the Republic of Ivory Coast for Maharashtra to motivate trade & tourism. He will also focus on the interests of the nationals of Ivory Coast in Maharashtra and Indian citizens who may want to visit Ivory Coast.
Ivory Coast is independent with high executive power invested in the president. The country is the largest producer of coffee. The economy of country totally depends on the agriculture. These days the economy of the country is developing at a good pace and is suitable for trade & tourism.
