It is around 6 kms from Outer Ring Road.

The locality has seen an increase of 7% in rental values in the Oct-Dec quarter last year and it is expected that the rental values on Sarjapur road may increase more.

Some of the portions of Sarjapur road dug up for the construction of an underpass has yet to be restored to its original status after almost a year. The commuters mainly motorists are facing problem because of the dug up portion of the road and the narrow space left for traffic.
