The green bench headed by JS Khehar, the Justice while presiding over the court said that they were going to make someone responsible for the delay as they had asked the officials previously to complete the procedure of environment clearance by eight weeks from May 2nd and the last date had expired a fortnight ago.

However, the apex court stated that they were not looking to complete the process of granting final clearance now and that they are going to give one last opportunity to finish the process of the environmental clearance by eight weeks from the given date.
