Sealing notice sent by Corporation to Pacific Mall

No Comments Sub Category:Delhi-NCR,Realty News Posted On: Jun 20, 2014

The South Delhi Municipal Corporation has recently sent a notice of sealing to the Pacific Mall located at Tagore Garden. This occurred mainly because of constructions which took place without governmental permission as well as violation of by-laws.

The officials of the corporation have also mentioned that the piece of land which was given to the complex for the purpose of a terrace garden had been transformed and used instead for several commercial uses.

Mukhesh Yadav who happens to be the spokesperson of the South Delhi Municipal Corporation said that requests have been made in order to eliminate all kinds of unauthorized construction and quit spoiling the property within a period of three days. If any kind of failure has been noticed, the location will be sealed completely.

The management of the mall seemed to know nothing about this when they were first called. Later on, they didn’t show any kind of interest in commenting on the issue. Instead they said their legal team is taking care of the matter. This mall is so well established that it has some of the best brands such as Zara, Pramod, Mango, Tag Heuer and even Aldo. Officials have said that they were warned before the notice was issued. In fact they are waiting for the reply to appear within three days. If there is failure encountered, shops will be closed down by Friday.
