Second phase of Aadhaar enrollments to start in April
The second phase of Aadhaar enrollments for rest of the 40 crore residents will start in April.
The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) hopes that the process will be completed in next two years.
A workshop was organized between the officials who discussed about how to cover these many residents in next two years and how to continue enrollment using multi-registrars and sweep approach.
Many enrollment centres has been planned to be set up in villages and taluks.
