Semi-Private corporate rooms at Unity Health Complex Mangalore
Semi-private corporate rooms are built at the Unity Health Complex (UHC) in Mangalore. The chairman of New Mangalore Port Trust (NMPT), Dr P Tamilvanan, inaugurated the corporate rooms on July 17.
The rooms are mainly designed for people of lower socio-economic status, with a patient-friendly nursing counter and various other facilities.
Unity hospital is known for its medical facilities in the city and as many as 60% of NMPT employees are referred to this hospital.
Dr C P Habeeb Rahman, chairman of UHC presided over the function and briefed on Unity’s achievement since its inception in 1978 and assured support to needy patients with better medical facilities.
