Senior town planner declares Orchid Petals RWA elections
One of the senior town planners (STP) in Gurgaon has directed the developers of Orchid Petals apartments in Gurgaon to declare RWA elections.
The RWA elections is kept pending since a year and now finally the elections are said to be slotted by May 4.
The Orchid Infrastructure Developers Pvt. Ltd (OIDPL) has been directed to hand over the management to the apartment owners.
The residents of Orchid Petals are longing for formation of a legal RWA since last year.
The above information was conveyed to the developers of Orchid Petals and according to minutes of the meeting held on April 24, the issues with obtaining the Occupation Certificate were also discussed.

Why these RWA should wait for builders? They can legally form the RWA association and approach builder for handover management. The issue with OC is major for property owners. I will sure visit back to know more on this issue. Thank you
