Serviced apartments demand increases in Bangalore

The area known for its IT hub, Koramangala in Bangalore city has more than 50 service apartments.

The occupancy rate at these service apartments in Bangalore has shown a sharp rise from 20-30 percent to 60 percent.

Koramangala, having close vicinity to many IT companies, many prime hospitals like Manipal and St Johns is attracting many tourists from various countries.

The real estate consultants say that most of the corporate tourists prefer staying at Koramangala as it has close proximity to Indiranagar, Electronic City where most of the IT centers are put up.

    Since, the IT industry is increasing in Bangalore & there are times employees need to stay at a place for a long time that time serviced apartments are the preferred choice. Its a cheap & convenient choice for staying in an expensive city like Bangalore.
