Sharp Rise in Land Rates along Metro routes in Bangalore

Its time for Metro to be launched soon in Bangalore and meanwhile the property rates along the metro railway lines approximately about 6 to 7 km stretch of the mass transit system have been facing rapid price hike and this has astonished the real estate developers. The main agenda behind this rapid price hike is the upcoming metro project, this has boosted land rates by 20 percent that roughly estimates from Rs 7,000 per square feet to Rs 8,500 square feet. The main hot spot areas in Bangalore that has drastically faced a price hike in land rates are CMH Road, Kasturinagar, Old Madras Road and Banaswadi.

These areas was never an eye catching place neither for the developers nor for the property buyers. C M Jagadish the real estate expert at Aaaj Marketing Consulting Pvt. Ltd reported saying that the property owners belonging to the above mentioned areas had encouraged a protest in concern with the commence of Metro construction works few years ago. However the very same land owners are blissful and are yet to make good profits with their land. The benefits will continue to be fruitful to the land owners.
