Sobha Developers introduces Rs 1 crore apartment project in Pune
The Southern real estate company has introduced its first 2-BHK (bedroom, hall, kitchen) project in Pune in which each apartment is less than 1 crore. Company also reveals that the Sobha Orion at Kondhwa, Pune will be ready for possession in 2017. Pune ranks in second position in the list of largest cities of Maharashtra and eight in the list of largest metropolis in India. Approximately 28.6 percent people of Pune live in 2 BHK apartments.
Mr. J C Sharma, Managing Director, Sobha Developers Ltd says that Pune comes out as a significant place for some of the best educational institutions, MNCs and Indian corporate houses. Pune with the population of over 30 lakh, has the sixth largest per capita income in the country. He says we were looking for a desired time to enter the market and we started our journey from Pune with Sobha Carnation in 2010. Recently, company has launched its fourth project in Pune.
The residential project will consist of a 14 floor tower consisting of 112 residences – with the super built-up area of each apartment ranging from 1,111 sqft to 1,284 sqft. The company has completed 90 real estate projects so far covering about 61.73 million sqft of area. The company has currently 45 ongoing real estate projects with about 18.90 million sqft of saleable area and 34 ongoing contractual projects with 9.50 million sqft area under various stages of construction.
