I visited all the projects in this area and finally narrowed down my search to Sohum Isiri. This builder is new but he has done 1 more project in Kalyan Nagar “Sai Leela Palace” which has royal looks. I saw the construction material for this project, honestly speaking it is far better than other buildings. Per Sq cost is 400-500 more for that area but whatever things has promised and if delivers, rate would be justifiable.
As of now it is approved with HDFC, LIC, ICICI, Axis but I was planning to go with SBI and he has promised he would take approval from SBI in next few days. He is ready to give A-Khata for the plan and ready to add clause in agreements like if things are not delivered as per plan, he will reduce the cost.
