Staying in an apartment is more comfortable
The students come down for studies and work are preferring renting apartment in Bangalore rather than staying in a Paying Guest (PG) accommodation.
Few years ago, PG was in high demand as students found it more affordable and comfortable to live in.
However, with the time progressing it has been learnt that PG has transformed more into a business rather than providing shelter to people.
The raise of rates at PG has therefore made the students to rent an apartment and enjoy their living with freedom.
At present, in Bangalore city there is a tough competition between PG accommodation and apartments in areas like; Koramangala, Jaynagar, Indiranagar and BTM layout.
