Surat: Town Planning schemes are approved by State Government
The Gujarat State government has approved the Town Planning Scheme for Surat.
The Surat Municipal Corporation had sent various Town Planning Schemes for approval to Gujarat Government and suddenly 12 of them got final approval from Gujarat Government.
Town Planning Schemes are made to organize the city development and ensure bigger roads and lots of other amenities.
This is very good news for the people of Surat and especially for project developers and builders. Unless a Town Plan is sanctioned, the builders can not get approval for the projects. But, now various new areas will see upcoming projects in Surat.
These new areas will have the basic facilities like sewage lines, roads, proper electricity and water by SMC till 2014 apart from other facilities.
Some huge and lavish development on the Dumas Road will be launched now.
