Suzlon to keep tribal land!

It is a matter of confusion between the Scheduled Tribes and Suzlon Energy Ltd.
Suzlon Energy Ltd has a land in Palakkad belonging to the tribal citizens on which it had set up a work station and two wind mills.
Government had asked the local collector to allot the land to the locals. But the allotment never saw the light of the day!
Government has decided to take over 85.21 acres land from the company for further allotments. However, Suzlon filed a case against Government’s decision in the Kerala High Court. Court has accepted Suzlon’s plea and has put a stay order on Government’s decision.
