Princess Tower in Dubai has been recognized by Guinness World Records as the world’s tallest residential building. It is 107 storey tall luxurious residential complexes in Dubai.
Measuring 414 meters from base to tip, the tower comprises six basement floors, a ground floor and 100 above-ground residential levels.
The tower is constructed over an area of 37,410 square feet and houses 763 luxury apartments in Dubai. Dubai is one of the most preferred cities for real estate.
Dubai already has a Guinness Record in its name for the tallest building in the world. It is the 828 meter high and 160 storey Burj Khalifa.
