Tata Housing launches first residential project in Bhubaneswar
Bhubaneswar- Tata Housing Development Company Limited, a renowned real estate company in India, has announced its first integrated residential complex “Ariana” in Bhubaneswar.
The company has entered Odisha market by launching “Ariana” at Shankarpur which is jointly developed in association with the Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA).
This new residential project in Bhubaneswar sprawls across 12 acres and encircles large water bodies. This premium gated community would comprise 12 towers, ranging from 14 to 19 stories as per the master plan designed by an international architect, Woods Bagot. It offers one, two and three bedroom luxury apartments of size varying between 650-1637 sq ft and price of the units starts from Rs 25 lakh. The project is known to be certified by Indian Green Building Council (IGBC).
The apartments would be spacious and offer ample privacy. It would be loaded with all basic and modern amenities and features like elevators, 24 hr power backup, swimming pool, poolside restaurant and juice bar, fully equipped gymnasium, sauna, steam, spa, badminton court, indoor games, reading room, entertainment room, table tennis and pool table, double height grand entrance lobby, premium marble and granite flooring in lift lobbies and many more.
Ariana at Shankarpur is located at 10 km from Biju Patnaik airport. According to the CEO and Managing Director of Tata Housing, it is the right time to launch project as the real estate market of Odisha has gained momentum. The state is seeing improvements in infrastructure like the new international airport in Bhubaneswar.
He added that, both investors and end users in Bhubaneswar have immense potential to show good demand and purchase of high end residential properties. It also gives great connectivity to metro cities like Kolkata.
