Tata Value Homes lures buyers with National Home Buying Day

Tata Value Homes Limited (TVHL) is a 100 per cent subsidiary of Tata Housing Development Company. The company’s National Home Buying Day was oversubscribed 4 times with over 800 applications for the allocated 200 units across 5 projects. The website has seen 3,00,000 hits during the four days. Buyers from across the country and NRIs took interest in the offer. The offer gave buyers an opportunity to gain appreciation of upto 33 per cent across Tata Value Homes Limited projects like La Montana (Pune), Inora Park (Pune), New Haven (Bengaluru), New Haven Compact (Ahmedabad) and Santorini (Chennai).

Pawan Sarda, marketing head at Tata Value Homes, expressed happiness at the overwhelming response.  Around 20 percent of the total 250 apartments were purchased by NRIs.

Projects receiving maximum attention: New Haven (Bangalore), New Haven Compact (Ahmedabad) and La Montana (Pune) have received the most number of orders. The controls of the process for selection of applicants to whom flats were allotted were reviewed by KPMG.

Focus of TVHL: The Company focuses on providing value and affordable housing. It aims to be the largest home provider in India. Two pan-India brands – Shubh Griha (Value Homes) and New Haven (Affordable Homes) have been introduced by the company. Shubh Griha is currently being developed in Boisar & Vasind near Mumbai and Ahmedabad and New Haven at Bosiar, Ahmedabad and Bengaluru.

It has projects in projects in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai and Pune and plans to cover other parts of the country across tier I and II cities.
