The Jaipur Development Authority takes over a piece of land at Bansathali Marg
Recently, the Jaipur Development Authority took over a piece of land on Sunday. The location was Bansathali Marg and was finished after the walls had been destroyed. The officials have mentioned that the Jaipur Development Authority had given away around 8,088 square metres of land for the establishment of a hotel. This had occurred in the year 1951. Even though 65 years have passed today, there hasn’t been any kind of construction seen so far. Acquiring the land was carried out after allotting the land had been scrapped.
Land shall also be given by the Jaipur Development Authority in order to shift the establishment of the temple. There are chances that this Development Authority will be going against Entertainment Paradise by taking action against it. Important and reliable sources have also suggested that around 2,300 square metres of the land has been encroached upon by the owners. In fact a notice was also released this year on the 12th of June. There were a total of three days given to the owner in order to eradicate the encroachment completely.
