The latest KCR development plans aims to reinvent Telangana
Chandrashekhar Rao, Telangana Chief Minister, chalks out the big plan for the state’s development that comprises of constructing two more airports for Hyderabad, considering the rise in population that shall go triple in the years to come.
A meeting was held and attended by top officials and representatives, where the officials were asked to make village-level plans minutely which should include the requirements of the state as well as power, irritation and development of infrastructure. One of the highlights of the meeting was how the irrigation suffered due to the destruction of natural tanks, leaving only 65 tmc of water for the state.
One of the important points in the “Re-invent Telangana” plan was to use the 35 lakh acres of land that was available and used for industrial development. Mr. Rao said that his government is going to keep the promise of building 2 BHK flats for the homeless. He demanded his officials to take action against all the bogus ration cards that were issued.
His approach towards the re-invention is upfront that includes a development plan for villages, mandal, district and state as a whole. Another boost for Telangana was the eagerness of Mr. Anil Ambani to invest in the state’s infrastructure, electricity and industries.
