Rajan Raheja who happens to be an industrialist, along with his cousin Gopal Narang are the partners of a construction firm named Winsdor Realty. Recently it has come to our notice that they are looking forward to divide their assets and go their own way.
The Rahejas have described the proposal of the Narang group as illegal and an attempt to get away from the payment of taxes and strip the company from its assets. The Narangs have mentioned that their proposals were made once the legal and tax advisors and the refusal on behalf of the Rahejas to even discuss matters show that they are not in the least interested in settling the disputes.
The first report about the dispute was TOI on the 31st of March. This fight had already jeopardized the Winsdor Castle Residence project located in Oshiwara. Celebrities like Priyanka Chopra, Shama Sikander, Sonu Nigam, Alka Yagnik, Sunidhi Chauhan and Mika Singh along with Jagmohan Arora, CEO of Birla Sunlife Mister Pankaj Razdan have paid quite a lot of money in order to book their apartments.
The project consists of 4 residential towns and 1 building. In one of the letters on Monday to Narang, the Rahejas laid down the conditions before the assets of the firm which could be divided between them.
