The Realty Sector is looking forward to better days
M Venkaiah Naidu who happens to be the Union Minister for Housing and Urban Property Al levitation has declared that the biggest priority of his ministry would be to establish 100 cities in the country which are smart and safe. The other priority would be housing which will be accomplished by the year 2020. Public Private Partnership and Corporate Social Responsibility will be encouraged during this process.
Urban development needs some urgent planning since by the year 2050, half of the population of India will be living in the urban cities. Naidu’s ministry will have to lay emphasis in several fields and sectors in order to develop the metropolitan cities. Some places that need significant attention are sanitation, drainage, water management, water recycling etc. A proper account of the present situation of the state needs to be handed over to the new minister in order to witness changes.
According to experts, it is about time that the approval process speeds up in order to ensure house incomes that are mid income and affordable too. This will be done so that the massive supplies can be narrowed down by the Indian real estates in these parts.
