The World Spa residency heading to trouble
The residents of The World Spa, Sector 30 in Gurgaon fed up coping up with the bad maintenance up kept in the apartment locality revolted back!
Protest was staged against the developer and soon after a month a new agency for over all apartment maintenance has been placed!
The new maintenance agency will take initiative of maintaining electricity supply, swimming pool, sewerage treatment plant, LPG pipelines, gym and spa.
However, the members of the property management agency of “The World Spa” say that the apartment maintenance has been taken away forcefully.
Having a feeling of rise in illegality, few of the members of the maintenance and operation have decided to take legal measures on the protesters.
Meanwhile, few of the residents also complained saying that they have not yet received the maintenance security deposit which they were suppose to get it way back in year 2010.
