Toll Collection hearing postponed by High court till February 24
The hearing over the toll collection issue has been postponed on Monday by the Bombay High Court. The court has been hearing the petitions filled by road construction company Ideal Road Builders (IRB) and civic activists in the toll collection issue. The next date given by the court is February 24 after the state government sought time to study the case. Maharashtra advocate general (AG) Darius Khambata appeared on behalf of the state government and the HC bench comprising justices A S Oka and M H Sonak maintained that the case will have effects across the state.
