Prospering real estate market of India is a great option for investment for builders and buyers too.

If any prime developmental work or new project such as a tech park, an airport, a railway station, a metro work, or a special economic zone (SEZ) is upcoming in an area, then immediately the price of properties in the area and surroundings start appreciating.

Several realty experts and top property consultants have listed out seven fast developing areas across different states in India.

Dwarakanagar (Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh)

Being located at 15 km from Visakhapatnam, Dwarakanagar, an emerging residential area, has been observing huge investments from non-resident Indians (NRIs) as many software and business processing outsourcing (BPO) companies have set up offices in and around the city.

Gorwa (Vadodara, Gujarat)
The proposed foreign trade center near Vadodara has been planned near Gorwa, which is observing both residential and commercial development. The city lies on the the famous Bhailal Amin Road in Vadodara, which connects several towns in the district. Being in vicinity of several important destinations, Gorwa has been witnessing 8 to 12 percent price appreciation every year.

Vaishali Nagar (Jaipur, Rajasthan)
Vaishali Nagar, a satellite city, is one of the plush areas that have established residential spaces. Ghat ki Guni, a tunnel project, is the reason for rise in value of properties.

MIHAN (Nagpur, Maharashtra)
Multi-modal International Cargo Hub and Airport (MIHAN) is a special economic zone at Nagpur, a promising city for the IT and BPO. According to experts, shifting of significant number of working population to MIHAN in the coming days will increase the demand for realty market.

Vytilla (Kochi, Kerala)
Vytilla, a part of Kochi, has witnessed a mounting number of residential and commercial projects. It is one of the largest and busiest intersections in Kerala. This part connects the main north-south artery of the state with NH-47 through three city roads. Property prices are expected to rise 40-50 per cent once the metro becomes operational.

Peelamedu (Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu)
Peelamedu, lying on Avinashi Road, the busiest road of Coimbatore, stretches from Nava India to the international airport. It is seeing enormous growth as it is home to many leading textile and wet grinder companies, renowned colleges, hotels and residential complexes. Located at 11 km from airport, the area is expected to get better infrastructure, quality of life and low cost of living to offer.

Zirakpur (Chandigarh)
Zirakpur, being situated close to the Chandigarh-Ambala highway, has emerged into a top residential area, with good connectivity. The Aerocity Road will make Zirakpur become equidistant from Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula. In the second phase of the Chandigarh Metro, Zirakpur will be connected with other parts of the region. Chandigarh airport is situated at just eight km from Zirakpur.

    Many cities in India have some hot-favorite areas of property investments. Prime locations colonies and areas near station,airport, SEZ’s, are always gets more benefits. Jaipur is also becoming metro city and colonies like vaishali nagar, mansarovar are getting big investments by various builders all over the city and its surrounding.
