Trump Organisation has started investing heavily in the Indian real estate market
Donald JTrump’s Trump Organisation in luxury Real Estate redefines what is meant by luxury living and their properties are built to be the absolute best in the world. Even before the first Trump Tower in Pune begins delivering homes, team Trump and Panchshil Realty have started negotiations for the second and even bigger Trump project in Pune.
The chairman and president of The Trump Organization, Donald J Trump stated that he would be making equity investments in the project. Trump is trying to liaison with good builders in India and he was comfortable investing with Panchshil.
Trump feels that local partnerships are important in his business, and their first project in India at Pune has turned out to be even better than they had expected. Trump also mentioned that the socio economic conditions were different and just two years ago they would not have done it. However the positive Modi wave, the improving market sentiment, the increasing earning power of the Indians all have positively influenced Trump to invest heavily in India.
Trump also mentioned that his company will invest in whatever is necessary. They have a lot of money and they are very liquid as a company is what Trump mentioned. The best part is that the Trump Organisation has confidence in India and the prime minister.
A few years ago when they had started talking to the developers, India wasn’t ready and there was tremendous fighting within the system which was not good. Hence they had postponed the decision to invest in India. However Trump said he now has confidence in India. He praised PM Narendra Modi, saying that he had done a unification job in India and the view of India from the outside world was now positive.
