Turmoil continues at Giriraj apartments in Mumbai
At Giriraj Apartments on Altamount Road in Mumbai, there is a redevelopment clash witnessed.
It has been learnt that one group of residents are oppose the proposed self-development whereas the other group is approaching the ‘Stop Scam Redevelopment’ forum.
The condition at Giriraj Apartments in Mumbai has turned very critical!
The society’s managing committee since long time has kept a proposal for building redevelopment for which maximum of the apartment residents are opposing.
The residents will have to incur the costs of design, construction and interiors during the rehabilitation of a new apartment building. Instead of this, the residents want the building to be repaired and renovated for time being.
