Two residential projects in Chennai will be launched by Vision India

residential township in chennaiVision India Real Estate has planned to invest Rs 1750 crore in two different apartment projects in Chennai.

The company is currently developing a 680-unit apartment project at Padur near the Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR) in collaboration with Gem Group. Vision India has planned to launch a villa, apartment and plotted residential project on 75 acre at the OMR by the end of this year.

So far Vision India Real Estate has developed 850,000 sq ft of space in collaboration with Gem Group. The new projects will add around 1.5 million sq ft in OMR and 500,000 sq ft in GST Road in the next five to six years.

The GST project in Chennai will be developed on 50 acres of land and around Rs 100 crore will be invested in the project.

Vision India will develop around 500 plots and 500 villas in OMR project in the next five to six years.

The company has also planned to set up its first logistics park in Chennai on 50 acre area.
