Ulwe in Mumbai has become one of the top destinations for investment in the residential real estate sector where housing prices are assumed to raise by 145 per cent over the next five years.Out of the top 13 destinations, housing prices is expected to hike at a fastest rate at Ulwe (Mumbai) in 3-4 years.
Seawood-Uran suburban rail network will add an advantage to the area, which shall connect it to the prominent office hubs through a mass rapid transport system
Residential real estate in Ulwe will arrive as a promising asset class for the next five years.
It is also said that Noida Extension and Dwarka Expressway are ranked 4th and 5th in the list as the best locations in Delhi NCR to invest where housing prices are expected to rise by 111 per cent and 108 per cent, respectively, by 2017.
