Villas in HyderabadHyderabad- The villa development in Hyderabad has seen major changes in past few years. It is found that the subrubs and peripheral areas are witnessing more growth due to improved connectivity levels and social infrastructure.

Major regions offering villas

Although there are many areas in Hyderabad which house villa projects. Kompally is witnessing the development of villa projects in a price range of Rs 50 lakh per unit to Rs 1.25 crore per unit. While Kismatpur, Hyderguda, Kokapet and Gandipet are witnessing the development of villa projects in a price range of Rs 1.5 crore per unit to Rs 3.5 crore per unit.

The development of value housing and budgeted villas in Hyderabad is seen in peripheral areas along the northern and eastern corridor. Hyderabad is the only city which offers independent villas in a budget of Rs 40 lakh to Rs 70 lakh. The affordable villa concept is followed by many builders in Hyderabad.

The micromarket of Tellapur is witnessing the development of mid-segment and villa projects. Flexi villas in Miyapur are available in the price band of Rs 3000 per sq ft to Rs 3300 per sq ft.

Pocharam, A.S.Rao Nagar and Ghatkesar are witnessing the development of affordable housing and budgeted villas in a price range of Rs 35 lakh to Rs 80 lakh.
