Wadia group is aiming for the high end society for their realty projects. Recently they have launched a new luxurious residential project in Mumbai.
According to Wadia group experts, the company is aiming to concentrate on the premium end of property buyer’s market.
Wadia group believe there is a shortage of supply in premium luxurious residential properties in Mumbai region.
Though Wadia group started their journey from Mumbai, they want to expand through out India. Once the Mumbai projects are cleared the company has high aspirations of expanding themselves in Malad and Thane.
Very soon they will be launching a residential project in Bangalore in a joint venture with Britannia.
