Walk-in and live villas by Landmark Group
Here is another new tactic to attract the buyers; One of the most noted Chennai-based Landmark Construction group has recently initiated a fully-furnished, apartment project in the ultra-premium segment with a new concept called “walk in and live” projects.
This new concept allows the buyers to get a fully furnished flat along with electrical appliances and furniture provided by renowned brands. These projects are situated at Palavakkam on the East Coast Road to the south of Chennai and are priced at around Rs 6 crore each with 4,800 sq.ft villas on a 2.5-acre plot.
A project named Grange will sell 28 villas, wherein each villa has over 3,600 sq.ft of space along with four bedrooms on all the three levels with elevators. However this concept is quite a dexterous approach to attract buyers and involves less hassles which are required to create a living space after the possession.
In an open approach, the buyers will be given two days time with the architects to choose their desired furnishing, appliances including cutlery from the renowned brands. The projects are also well equipped with modern amenities.
