Water issues in Bangalore
The only complaint form the residents staying at apartments in Bangalore is water mafia, water shortage and at times improper supply of water.
Water mafia has been ruling apartment residents in few areas such as KR Puram, Pillanna Garden, Dasarahalli, Byatarayanapura, Magadi Road and Ramamurthynagar.
The residents are waiting for the scorching summer to end soon! Midst all these concerns water tanker operators are minting big time money from 1.5 lakh KR Puram residents.
The water tankers are having peak time making money with the shortage of water supply form BWSSB. The tanker rates have increased drastically from Rs300 to Rs500.
The residents belonging to all these localities claim to have paid Rs 5,000 for Cauvery water supply.
