Where went EWS housing sectors?
It seems like government and Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) are playing hide and seek with the Economically Weaker Section (EWS).
The residents of Ejipura EWS population were promised to allot a plot inclusive of 1,640 houses that will be constructed on 15.64 acres.
Its unbelievable that the plans are still paused even after a MoU was signed between BBMP and Maverick Holdings.
According to the deed made by the duos, the Maverick Holdings company should maintain the housing sectors for 30 years followed up by which share it with namma BBMP on 50:50 basis.
But, where stands the plan now? The EWS at Ejipura are still looking forwardly thirstily for the affordable housing, whereas the officials are playing a blame game hurting the sentiments of EWS population.
