Comments(3) Sub Category:Court Orders,Delhi-NCR,Realty News Posted On: Apr 17, 2012

A case has been filed by two real estate builders in the Allahabad High Court, complaining against the Yamuna expressway authority.

In the case file the builders mentioned that the YEA arbitrarily canceled the plots which had been allotted to them earlier vied a scheme.

According to the YEA officials, the allotment was canceled as the builders have failed to register the plots and also they have not paid the allotment amount within the specified time limit.

More than 100 acres of plots were allotted to the builders in 2010-11 by a scheme.

The Yamuna Expressway authority planned to re sold the plots through a new scheme.
