The price range starts from Rs 20k and goes up accoding the sq ft. If you have made up your mind to buy flat in this project then you approach the builder and ask for all legal proofs- land related, construction related, agreement related, etc. See all the terms and conditions clearly. There is a availability in Geeta Colony apartment-2 bhk. This is just 3 km from the Yamuna bank . The rent is Rs 8.5 k. If you going by car, then ring road will help you. This is a good project, the builder is also well renouned so there is no question about good or bad project. Most importantly, Gurgaon is already the most happening place in NCR in terms of investment. So i dnt think so u need to worry about that. Yes, the project ahs good connectitvity.. as DND is just 10 min, the metro station is around 15 min and you have the biggest market in Sector 18 , which is again 10-15 min... hence the project is well equipped with infra and social structures.

The sector’s price trend is on the higher side.Currently its is around Rs 7600 per sq ft. Since Jan 2012 the price started appreciating in this sector. It was Rs 6100 per sq ft in Jan March 2012, but Oct Dec 2012 it shooted up to Rs 7200 per sq ft . The few residential pockets that exist in Sector-62 make it all the more exclusive in nature. Hence the demand for residential property is very much!!

Hello, well the main fator is that this is part of the Wish town township by the reputed builders Jaypee. located on sector 128 Noida,the area enjoys close proximity to the Noida expressway and is just a 5 mins drive from the Mahamaya Flyover. The towers are petal shaped adn so has 3 side open areas and is planned near the 18hole golf course and so overlooks this lanscapped golf course.

Hi Himadri, Plz. check your booking form whether it is mention the cancellation policy or not. Most of the builders say that it is not refundable. There is no guideline for refunds and that is why most of the developers compell that once you have signed the sale agreement, you are legally bound to follow it. On the other hand when you approach them for cancellation, their reply will be, it will take 45 days to refund your money. Kindly returned your original receipt along with a letter of cancellation to process the flat cancellation request. Hi Sundeep, In order to get a permanent record for future, it is necessary to register any document related to property. There are certain documents that need to be compulsorily registered under Section 17 of the Indian Registration Act 1902. If the property value is less than Rs 100, the registration of the sale deed is not required. And if it is more than Rs. 100, all sale deeds need to be registered. The sale deed should be registered with the Sub-registrar of Assurances within four months from the date of execution of the document. Incase if you are unable to register within the prescribed time limit of four months, the document can still be registered. Hi, As per my knowledge ,Sector- 10 A is a well known place in Gurgaon, one of the prime residential location. It has all daily needs in it's surrounding. Most of common like schools, college, hospitals & banks are in surrounded to this sector. It is a good place to invest & rental point of view it's good here.
Hi udit, In my point of view, this sector is opposite to reputed industries .It is just opposite to the Hero Honda chowk and hence has an excellent connectivity to all companies. The sector is located very close to the industrial area. Establishment of some residential apartments in the sector attracted many workers to settle here.

It is located in prime residential location, in Dwarka expressway .This location has all basic amenities for daily use in its surrounding. It is a well-planned & well-developed project in a decent locality with good environment. This project comes with 1BHK &2BHK apartment ,area ranging from 700 sq-ft to 1125 sq-ft. Lotus Greens is acquiring over 300 acres in Noida's Sector 150 for around Rs 2,500 crore and it will use the Rs 450 crore infusion to make the first tranche of payment to Noida Authority next week for 230 acre.

Hi Prasad, As per news, a large amount of Rs 20,000 crore, the Noida Authority has chosen to get extreme with defaulters, who have neglected to pay back loans or submit installments against property designated to them. The Authority has arranged a list of defaulters and notification will soon be dispatched to them, in an offer to regain the long pending contribution.
Hey Prasad, As indicated by authorities, huge defaulters in the list incorporate many development authorities and driving developers of Uttar Pradesh. Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA), Uttar Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation (UPSIDC) as well as the Agra Development Authority , will need to pay back more than Rs 7,000 crore to Noida.
