The construction cost of a senior living project is quite similar to any typical residential project. Only difference is in the layout of units and architecture design, which are done keeping in mind the requirement of seniors. Unlike other residential projects, senior living projects do not have any prior reservation. Building and operating senior living projects are more costlier and complicated than the normal residential projects. They are quoting 5800 per sqft. They have investor options too which brings down the per sqft rates. 3) Fill the online application form and fill the required family information. Upload photographs and biometrics of your family members’.
4) You have to upload scanned copies of electricity bill, photo Id and address proof of original documents online at the photo bio-center.
5) The introducer has carried his original ration card and recent electricity bill while going to the centre.
6) Get a “self declaration” downloaded and printed at the photo bio-centre.
7) Scan the signed declaration and upload online.

Yeah I agree that Bommassandra is a good locality for investment but if you are planning for at least three to four years you can even go for Jigani. The real estate marlet in Jigani is slowly and steadily booming. Jigani is an excellent location in Bangalore and it is away from hustle and bustle of the city. igani is well connected to ring road and inter connected to Hosur road and Bannerghatta road. It is very close to IT parks and hospitals. You can expect 40 percent tp 50 appreciation after three to four years. If you are looking for a short term invest I would advice you invest in EC Phase I as the area is already developed and all big and branded builder like Ajmera, Concorde etc already have their presence in Phase I. But if you are looking for a long term investment you can consider EC Phase 2 as this area will take time for development and till now no reputed builders have come up with their project. EC Phase II is getting developed slowly and the real estate is also booming. The project is know to be approved by BMRDA and they will be giving A Khata for the property. The project will have 60 apartments in total. Actually I have seen their advertisement is some paper media. It seem they are offering villas plots at the rate of Rs 1200 sqft ( limited offer ) where as the actual price is Rs 1350 per sqft. HRBR Layout is one of the finest Layouts in Bangalore. Properly planned layout with wide roads, calm and peaceful area.
