In category 1- suppose the land is of 20hecters or more than 20hecters, then after pooling land/plot owners will get 60% of the total land. Talking about the 'smart city' initiative further, he said the focus would be to build global educational and health institutes and entertainment facilities. Authority also want to liberalize the industrial estate policy. An industrial space may not necessarily contain factories, but showrooms also. According to me, conventionally, vacant houses in an area should be an indicator of oversupply, and should lower prices there. But thats not the case in the Indian real estate market, where people who want to invest in a house as opposed to those who want to live in it hold greater sway. Although there were restrictions, transactions had been taking place through general power of attorney. Most of the builders charged car parking charges at the time of registration of ftat but you maintenance charges paid only after formation of the society. or after getting the possession of the flat. Very sad........i don't know why is this bill getting delay if both the houses have approved it. Unless it is done, the act can not be implemented. Have you got a chance to look at their plot yet? How did you find the location and what prospects do you see for it in the future, in other words is it worth investing? I have no idea where this L Zone falls but I'm aware of this builder and their construction quality is okay if not very good.
And secondly, this project can not be just 2kms away from Sec-21 Metro Station. They are fooling people to sell their project fast to make cash. They are increasing the price on paper just to attract buyers giving reason, locality price is increasing. If you have good bargaining power then they can give you Rs.4600/sq-ft rate.Hello Jay,

You don't need to take the help of a dalal or a property lawyer as there are Sub Registrar or the SDM of your area where you can go ahead with your filled in registry form and fees for you registration of your homes/property. But if you don't have time then you can take the help of a property lawyer.
You can also register your property online. To make the house/property registration in Jaipur procedure effortless nearly all the registration department has installed computerized systems in Jaipur.Hi Jitin,
