The Rental Yield markets are also more or less same as top 10 rental markets based on availability. This may be due to the stable prices in the city from last few years. Miyapur, Kukatpally and Chanda Nagar are the new entrant in the Rental Yield markets compared to top rental available markets.
Begumpet market is the major commercial and high end residential destination. Kukatpally is the residential destination, and also an educational hub with having JNTU University in it.

Q: Is there any end date or any specific date that Arcvista can give from June 2015 can go up to June 2020 also. Don't try to cheat customers by giving a false commitments . Provide an exact date that when the possession will be given. It is easy to change dates on the online sites try to understand customer concerns. Have you ever marked mail or called customers to intimate the same you people are least bothered because you have got your money . Is this the way you are giving importance to customers ?? This signifies the importance and the way you are treating customers.. If there is any humanity the atleast you can change your selves and address customers concerns those who have purchased the flats.

I have bought 1 BHK, excellent experience with this builder but overall construction is very slow and project is well connected with the main road. So there is no need to worry about the proposed road and connectivity.As per my view, the Dhanori DP plan 60 feet road is proposed which will divide the society in two segments and one 40 feet road connect to Dhanori main road in front of mayur killbill.

Hi yadav, I am residential person of Hyderabad and want to add few point that the major location in north-west Hyderabad are Kukatpally, Hydernagar, Madhapur, Hi-Tech City, Kondapur, Chandanagar and Miyapur which are showing tremendous growth in current realty market .Moreover in my knowledge Madhapur is a fast developing residential hub located 15 km north-west of Hyderabad. The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation is in charge of the administration of this area. Now Madhapur is known as IT and BPO hub, with the largest concentration of IT/ITES companies in the city.

Hi Abdul, Nizampet is one of the fastest growing suburbs close to Hyderabad IT hub. Nizampet area is very close to NH 9.The place is dominated with apartments and the people here are usually middle class to the upper middle class crowd.

Q: City Square is a big cheating company. They start business with a name and do business for 1 or 2 years and sell same plots to multiple people. By the time people realize it, they will close that business and start the business with a different name. Search google with the name "Happy Estates Pvt.Ltd" which was the old name of City Square. There were hundreds of complaints against this company in several police stations. The Chairman of the company N. MANOHAR REDDY is a big cheat and 420 and there are more than 10 police cases against him and he hides in Bangalore and never comes to Hyderabad and never appears in public. DO NOT BUY WITH THIS COMPANY

Hi Avinash, According to a recent verdict by the Supreme Court, the sale of a property that is under construction would be liable to value-added tax and services charges.In the case of ready-to-occupy flats, service tax is not payable as the construction is carried out by the builder/developer on his own account and later sold to an independent buyer. Hi Sushil, I think right now the average prices trends in Beeramguda is approx Rs 3100 to Rs 3300 per sq ft. I think you should search more project before finalising this project. So I went with one of my associates to the premises of Aliens Group township project in Tellapur. The construction quality, design, and location were very well apt for me. I went to their website back, got the details about the office, and then visited their office to enquire about more details regarding the flat. Hi, I heard a lot of bad reviews about this builder recently. In Times Of India, it is mentioned that Aliens Group has looted Rs. more than Rs. 300 crore over 390 buyers. This is one of the Hyderabad's biggest real estate scam.

The rent culture in Adibatla is picking up some momentum, with properties being priced economically. Construction of the Outer Ring Road was one of the major factors that paved the way for significant development in Adibatla. This road made the locality accessible to other regions of Hyderabad, giving it the boon of excellent connectivity. Availability of land was another factor that propelled growth in Adibatla
Pocharam is an upcoming residential and commercial hub in Hyderabad. It has started to do quite well real estate wise, the main reason is that the area is very close to Warangal Highway where lot of future growth and development is to take place. Both the localities seems to be good from investment point of view.

If you are looking for lower budget segment then East Hyderabad will be a good option with price ranging starting from Rs 3000 per sqft. There was minimal price increment in the zone.

Hello Maam, Manikonda is a commercial and residential locality between the Outer Ring Road and Telecom Nagar. It falls in the Ranga Reddy district. The locality consists of two revenue villages Puppalaguda and Manikonda. Manikonda has been considered as one of the top ten localities in Hyderabad for real estate investment. It has emerged as strong competition for the Information Technology corridor. This locality has great potential in terms of capital appreciation due to emerging of new IT Park.
I am agreed with Mrs. Vani. Recently, this locality has been popular with home buyers because many of the Information Technology (IT) companies are headquartered here. Another reason why this locality has become so popular after is that of the Lanco Hills project. This project includes a dozen of towns comprising of residential, commercial as well as an IT special economic zone (SEZ). Another big project in this area is the Chitrapuri Colony which is a planned layout for Telegu cinema workers. Many of the IT professionals who are employed in Hitec City and Gachibowli are now purchasing apartments and plots in Manikonda. The infrastructure in the area is growing at a fast pace. There are two highways leading to Manikonda; one is from Darga via OU Colony and the other is from Sheikpet. Overall, locality looks good for property investment and will give you good rental returns due to the availability of IT professionals in the locality.
