So after taking 3 years they are failed to complete: Flats Amenities Water Electricity Boundary walls So I would suggest not to go with this builder....if you have any other questions you can reply to my comment. I would try to collect that information and provide.

Sreejith, Don't go with OW Projects, they are not maintaining quality & time of delivery of their project, I am one of the victim. Moreover the their CRM team is worst, they don't know how to talk to customers, sales guys will give all commitments before sale, once sale is done, you can see their actual behavior.
