Q: 1. Handle missing in all doors. Alluminium handles mentioned.2. Lock quality is very poor3. Name Plate is missing4. Master Bed-room switch is defective5. Shippages in master bed-room6. Q: Since couple of days we are noticing that the supertech capetown is experiencing problem in supplying regular electricity. As far as supply is concerned the plot next to Capetown i.e. Ajnara is receiving electricity 24X7. Even the slums in between are receiving supply without any fault then is Supertech Capetown are defaulters in paying the bills?
Q: i want to know the circle rate of noida sec 74 (Capetown project supertech).my flat are is 930 sqft. please tell me how much will be needed for registry.

Q: I have recent received possession letter with final payment notice. Final payment settlement does not include the "Penalty Fee on Supertech" as the possession of my apartment delayed 2 years. I tried to call customer care several times. I wrote back to them 5 times already. Still No Response.This is the height of ignorance. Next time if they come to Hong Kong with the property show, I am going to give them some serious feedback for their poor management and extremely poor customer service.
Q: I heard about this capetown project. I am planning to invest on this project. I want to know when is the possession of this project. Kindly provide some information about bank approval of this project.
Q: Dear AllWhen we were going to buy the flat they have shown the sample flat and told us that we will get the exactly the same and even they said yes may be there is little difference but would be almost same...we were supposed to get the possession by Oct-2013 but as of today they are saying we will get by Oct-2014 now the issues are1) Commitment Failure :- We have gone to see the and constructor said we will able to get by December end2) (Making us fool) We have asked contractor to show us any house which is ready and house shown by him and the material used at that house is VERY much local not even Local i was thinking we have to re-build the complete flat and need to change the complete items. as as sample flat they have shown we will get diamonds fitted and now it is not even stoneswe do accept there is diffrence between shown and what we will get and contractor said we can do it for you but you have to pay EXTRA else you will get the same Flatit is ridiculous
Q: Guyes i have a flat in Supertech capetown which was expected to be deliver in April 2014, recently i have visited the site where their is no progress at all and seems they will not be able to deliver within this year too.i am concern about the quality and delay in projects, do any have any fair idea about the posession timing.
