Crime branch in Bhubaneswar booked legal case on Oath Commissioner of Board of Revenue and the other accused person in land bungling.
The former Board of Revenue official, Nikunja Kishore Mohanty and SS Patnaik were claimed as main accused people in this land scam.
These two biggies had plan of stealing government land by faking the land judgment. First information report (FIR) was booked and these duos were held 109 of Indian Penal Code.
