Land scarcity forces developers to shift to other cities

ATS Infrastructure, 3C Company and Earth Infrastructures these real estate developers in Noida who own 11 projects each within the city had not even turned towards Gurgaon city.
However, the situation is same no more, as the scarcity of land and problems with land acquisition prevails in Noida and Uttar pradesh.
Therefore, rival city Gurgaon is largely getting benefited as the developers are forced to establish their projects outside these cities.
