Discounted flats scheme on air
Discounted flats (DF) are aiming to negotiating with the developers and on behalf of home buyers to end up at good property sale deal.
Discounted flats is a Pan-India group booking channel aiming to group residential buyers across India in order to avail discounts of up to 30 per cent.
Although this scheme was launched a month ago, it has recorded sales of Rs 120 crore with 300 flats sold. Till now around 80,000 registered buyers and 7,600 project-specific groups in more than 2,000 location-specific groups has been seen.
At present this scheme is covered in cities like; Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kolkata and Pune.
