Hint of property tax raise

Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) has given an indication of raising the property tax rates.
Also new property tax norms say that the tax payer should pay tax within 3 months from the date of bill issued.
However, if the tax payer delays the payment NMC will levy 2 per cent interest as per the changes made by the State government.
