Illegal property tax collection!
A slight twist, all this time we were familiar with the property owners faking the tax payments, here the property tax collectors are unnecessarily levying heavy tax on the property owners.
It has been learnt that extra charges are being levied in the property tax bills without the property owners knowledge.
To eradicate this illegal practice, the standing committee in Nagpur has directed the administration to take rigid action against the officials who have levied extra charges in the property tax bills.
