Notices given to recover unutilized land

Talks are going on for the unutilized land allotted by Government to big industries and organisations in Hyderabad.
The Government’s main concern is that the organisations not utilizing the land provided to them in a correct manner or left unattended.
Out of 4885 acres of land allotted to different genre of industries which are lying unutilized, 3300 acres was from APIIC and 1500 acres was Government’s share.
Notices have been issued to these industries and steps will be taken in future to recover the land as per Telangana Alienated Land Rules.
