Use of biofertilisers encouraged on UP land

As we know, biofertilisers help in improving soil quality, hence reducing a farmer’s work by 30%.
For this reason, UP department of agriculture has encouraged the use of more biofertilisers on the state’s land.
The department has aimed to increase the production of fertilisers and distribute some 5 crore packets for the same. They have also emphasised on giving 75% subsidy on use of biofertilisers to the farmers.
