Realty projects paused in Hyderabad
Now, none of the developers or builders are interested in utilizing the land in Hyderabad. Dozens of realty projects are kept pending this year.
All these situations happened only because of the order passed by government.
The government order say that 20 percent of the built-up area on this 200 acre land is reserved for lower income groups (LIG) and also economically weaker sections (EWS).
However, the builders deny this order saying that none of them can reserve such a huge amount of land of their project to EWS and LIG segments.
Therefore all the builders within and outside Hyderabad city also have paused their constructions.
