Mangalore city has bagged the excellence award for maintaining solid waste management at the best.
The second international conference on solid waste management organized by Jadavpur University, Kolkata declared first position to Mangalore City Corporation.
Mangalore city has proved itself for keeping up the organized solid waste management work also paved way for urban development, clean technology and well maintained civic works.
