Delhi CWG flats on sale!
The Commonwealth Games flats will soon be allotted to state and central government departments. The Delhi Development Authority with the approval of urban development ministry will be heading this project.
In total there are 1168 flats at Commonwealth Games village (CWG) in which around 711 belongs to Delhi Development Authority (DDA).
The DDA flats are talked of disposing at the present market rates to the central and state government. However, 100 flats will be put for auction that will be sold at ongoing flat market rates.
